Can I return an item after hours?
We do not recommend it. However if you do, you will be held responsible for any items damaged or stolen.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available. Charge is based on distance to travel.
How do I pay for my rentals?
Events by Eagle accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, MAC, and personal checks. Payment is due at the beginning of rental period. You may also set up a charge account with approval.
Can I reserve equipment in advance?
Yes. We recommend reserving ahead of time to insure availability. A 50% non-refundable security deposit is due at time of reservation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but the security deposit made at reservation of item is non-refundable.
Do I have to wash equipment before I return it?
All equipment should be returned clean.
Do you sell used equipment?
Yes. Events by Eagle will be happy to negotiate terms on used rental equipment.
