Can I return an item after hours?+

We do not recommend it. However, if you do, you will be held responsible for any items damaged or stolen.

Do you deliver?+

Yes. Delivery is available. Charge is based on distance of travel.

How do I pay for my rentals?+

Eagle Rental accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ATM. Payment is due at the beginning of rental period. You may also set up a charge account with approval.

Can I reserve equipment in advance?+

Yes. We recommend reserving ahead of time to ensure availability. A 50% non-refundable security deposit is due at time of reservation.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Yes, but the security deposit made at reservation of item is non-refundable.

Do I have to wash equipment before I return it?+

All equipment should be returned clean.

Do you sell used equipment?+

Yes. Eagle Rental will be happy to negotiate terms on used rental equipment.
